Sandy Cadman

Sandy Cadman’s musical roots began at a tender age.  She spent several years as a young apprentice of the San Gabriel Civic Light Opera in Southern California and was the grand prize winner of the 44th Annual Los Angeles Artists Of The Future competition before completing an undergraduate degree at the San Francisco Conservatory of Music. From there, she sang for six seasons with the San Francisco Chamber Singers - now known as Volti - and was a featured guest soloist for several Bay Area classical musical organizations, most notably the San Francisco Early Music Society and the San Fransisco Chorale Society and is featured on several of their recordings.

Upon relocating to the mid-west from the west coast, she sang with the VocalEssence chorus before co-founding The Blue Stratum Band as both a singer and songwriter.
